Delivery times are allways approximative, and are based on informations of GRUMANIA JETS deliverers. We do our best to send out goods as fast as possible, but GRUMANIA JETS can not be made responsible for delivery delays of their deliverers or delays that are out of our hands ( shipping delays ). Therefor it has to be accepted that a delivery can take place at a later date. A part delivery is possible if it can not be avoided to get parts in an acceptable time. Shipping costs are calculated by the shop software after the customer has logged in and adress details are complete. All prices include the German VAT of 19% ( 16% during June 2020 and end of December 2020, due to Corona ) if not otherwise mentioned. Exports are without VAT.This applies only to countries outside of the European community and only if the delivery adress is outside the EU. The customer accepts the insurance terms of the shipping organization ( DHL, Deutsche Post ).If higher insurance is wished, the customer can write a note and send it with his order.GRUMANIA JETS will recalculate the shipping rate based on the higher insurance and inform the customer about the shipping rate.

Any shipping damaged needs to be signed/ confirmed by the postman/ bearer of the parcel.Our shipping partner is Deutsche Post and they do not accept insurance issues that are not signed.If you get a parcel that looks damaged - get this signed by the bearer !!! Otherwise we can not press charges against Deutsche Post.
