These pipes are single walled , using thin stainless steel. A pipe with a length of 200 mm weighs around 45 grams.
The lengths in the shop are total lengths of the pipe. As the turbine reaches inside the aluminium inlet of the pipe, the length of your pipe needs to be calculated as follows:
For 15-30N pipes
Measure from turbine exhaust cone to the end of the plane`s nozzle PLUS 20 mm
Example: you have a P20 turbine and measured a distance of 250 mm from your turbine outlet to the end of the plane, you add 20 mm, so need to order a pipe with a length of 270 mm.
